RED WINES
​
Red wines can be made from a variety of grapes which can vary in colors ranging from reddish, to a deep purple or even grapes which appear to have a blueish hue. When a red wine is processed, the grapes are crushed and fermented with the skins...this allows for the red wine to extract it's beautiful red color and tannins. Tannins are responsible for providing your favorite delicious red wine with it's own unique defined structure and mouth feel.
