 Great, now that we have your attention.....look what we have planned for Valentine's Day Weekend!

     For those of us with that sweet tooth craving, this is the perfect weekend to stop in at our Winery in Hadley or at our Hermitage Outlet Store-chocolate samples galore! Talk about two mouth-watering flavors that complement each other-chocolate and cherry-that's the combination this weekend! First, we have chocolate cupcakes with Cherry Wine-plus (here comes the really delicious part) the cupcakes are covered with homemade chocolate frosting with Cherry Wine...yummm! Believe me, my family loved the trial and errors for this one. But, don't let that statement fool you, this recipe is easy to make....if I can make these...anyone can! Also, for something a little different, we have a whipped chocolate dip with Cherry Wine for sampling. This whipped dip gives a little twist on an old favorite sweet treat. Then, for the ultimate in ease and delicious flavor, we have two different chocolate cheesecakes to sample (that's right-I said easy-they are made from a dessert package). But don't let that fool you, they are delicious. The first is a Double Chocolate Cheesecake and the second is a Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. Almost forgot...last-but certainly not least, we always have the delicious chocolate syrups we carry for sampling. The Raspberry Chocolate Syrup and the Cabernet Chocolate Syrup. Talk about a way to kick up your favorite fruit or cake!

     Wine tastings and recipe samples will be available at BOTH locations-Both days! So, please stop in and enjoy. Come early, these wonderful, tasty dessert samples are only available while supply lasts. Copies of these recipes will be available at our tasting counter for all of our valued customers.
