Welcome to our 4th annual Superbowl
recipe sampler weekend. We decided to "kick off" these recipes a week
early to allow plenty of time to plan for your "sideline" snacks. Gayle
loves her football and gathering with her friends for good food and of
course...great wine! So, she decided to "take the lead" again this year
for our Game Day Gourmet recipes. Last year she was in a BBQ mood, this
year she wants to leave your taste buds smokin'! Way to go Gayle!! Her
first recipe is HOT SAUSAGE with peppers & onions with (now get
this...here it comes...) FREDONIA WINE! Woohoo! What a tasty
combination. This dish is so delicious her test trials were devoured by
all of us here at the winery. This recipe is easy to prepare, has loads
of flavor and is very satisfying for even the hungriest linebacker at
your party. Then, try her Garlic Crab Stuffed Mushrooms. Talk about
easy, make ahead prep that will leave your guests thinking that you are
a gourmet genius...and the Gourmet Garlic crab spread mix makes it a
"snap" to make. This appetizer is
guaranteed to start your Superbowl party off with a "kick". We would like to share our tasteful and original recipes with you. We will be offering tasting samples of these recipes on Saturday January 28th & Sunday January 29th at BOTH locations...while supplies last! So, don't miss out-come early!
