HOORAY! for spring. Well, a few weeks back when I had the feeling that it seemed winter was never going to end, I went to the kitchen to lift my spirits and tried many ways to renovate one of Gary's favorite dishes-Beef Roast. After several attempts (which Gary loved eating the trials!), I finally "concocted" a spice and wine combination that even I really liked (and beef roast has not always been one of my favorites). This recipe gives a spiced up and savory twist to a beef roast...and the gravy it makes-yummmm. Hopefully you will agree. We would like to share this tasteful and original recipe with you.
